Following UKBG’s nine month long Competition, in partnership with Japan’s Akashi Sake Brewery and Kaikyо̄ Distillery, our very own Seymour’s parlour was the chosen destination for post event celebrations!

Welcoming some of the biggest names in the industry, from the bartenders of Connaught to Tony Pescatori, these legendary names jumped behind our bar and made their very own cocktails on the night. Seymour’s parlour flitted between blind martinis to shakerato’s, with liquors and spirit’s pouring through the night and in to the early hours of the morning. Secrets were spilt as drinks were poured, for as they say, what happens in Marylebone, stays in Marylebone.
