Afternoon tea at The Zetter Bloomsbury is a rather lovely way to spend an afternoon. Settle into our characterful surroundings and enjoy a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, from classic coronation chicken to smoked salmon with preserved lemon, followed by freshly baked vanilla and buttermilk scones, served with Cornish clotted cream and strawberry preserve.

To finish, a tempting assortment of cakes and pastries, including lemon posset cheesecake, orange and almond financier, and a rather indulgent coffee and custard choux.

Collect your token for a complimentary glass of bubbles at check-in, then settle in beside the crackling fire in our Drawing Room or find a cosy corner in the atmospheric Parlour. Enjoy a few delicious nibbles, soak up the surroundings and make yourself right at home.

On Sunday 6th September, we’re welcoming Josh Angus, Chef Director of Michelin-starred HIDE Restaurant, to The Garden at The Zetter Bloomsbury for an exclusive one day barbecue.

A rare opportunity to experience Josh’s produce-led cooking outside of HIDE, the menu celebrates the best of late summer with a heritage tomato tartlet, barbecue-spiced lamb with seasonal sides, and an optional Scottish raspberry cheesecake dessert.

Tickets are £40 per person, include a welcome @patron Margarita, starter, main and sides.
